This 1.8m x 5.0m Single Leaf Prison Mesh Gate is suitable for areas which require a secure point of entry for vehicles. 5.0m wide, the gate is large enough for cars and small vans to drive through; however only a single lane of traffic will be able to pass through at one time. With its high strength and rigidity, this gate can provide fantastic site protection on a permanent basis. It is notable for its 358 mesh, which effectively functions as a multipurpose and high security system to prevent intruders from gaining entry and causing harm. Despite the small apertures within the mesh, this gate still allows for clear visibility. At 1.8m high, this gate is more suited to locations which require a lower level of security.
The sliding latch bolt and single drop bolt will secure this gate in place when it is closed. You can also order a Heavy Duty Padlock as a customisation option and this will make your gate more secure.

Steel being Hot Dip Galvanized progresses through a temperature cycle upon immersion into and withdrawal from the galvanizing bath. Within this dipping process, uneven heating occurs, creating a temperature profile along the part being galvanized. This temperature profile allows the steels internal stresses to be relieved at different times in the immersion cycle. These stresses may cause changes in shape and/or alignment, evident with distortion and warping.
